Geneva Peacebuilding Platform
2026 Programme of work
This Programme outlines the core pillars that structure the work of the Geneva Peacebuilding Platform (GPP) and details activities for 2026. It highlights key advancements within the organization and offers strategic direction for the year ahead. Building on its history, the programme of work of the GPP is built on three core pillars:

- Advice & expertise.
WORKSTREAM II: NETWORK COORDINATION

- Strategic engagement and relationship management;
- Thematic briefings and roundtables;
- Informal networking opportunities;
- International Advisory Council community management; and
- Participation in the Peace forums network.
WORKSTREAM III: STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION
Activities under this workstream seek to better connect members of the GPP’s network and coordinate communication efforts to improve coherence and information flow, as well as to reinforce the image of Geneva’s peacebuilding stakeholders as a cohesive ecosystem. As such, these activities also seek to enhance its visibility, reputation, and relevance–within and outside the field of peacebuilding– highlight its achievements, and attract potential new partners.
